Mr. Nilutpal Gogoi, Ex- volunteer of NSS PG Unit, Dibrugarh University and Ex-student of DUIET, Dibrugarh University won Prestigious National Youth Award 2019-20. The Award was presented in the event of National Youth Festival held at Karnataka on 16th January 2023 in presence of Union Minister of Youth and Sports, Govt. of India. Mr. Nilutpal Gogoi was felicitated by NSS PG Unit and NSS Cell, Dibrugarh University in an event at DU Inter College Youth Festival held at Digboi Women’s College on 4th February 2023 in presence of Prof. S. Borkotokey, Dean Student Affairs, DU and Mr. S. Phukan, honourable MLA, Digboi. The felicitation programme was executed by Dr. Amar Upadhyaya, Programme Officer, NSS PG Unit, Dibrugarh University under the Guidance of Prof. Devid Kardong, Programme Coordinator, NSS Cell, Dibrugarh University.
