The second annual Alumni Day celebration was held in Electronics and Communication Engineering Department, Dibrugarh University Institute of Engineering and Technology on 14th of June 2022 from 10.30 Am onwards in blended mode. The main aim of the Alumni Day celebration was to unite maximum number of ex-students and register them in the Alumni family of ECE department. The program was inaugurated by Dr. Mukul Chandra Bora, Director, DUIET. Dr. Bhargab Jyoti Saikia, Head of the Department (i/c), faculty staff, students and ex-students of the department were present for the celebration. Dr. Mukul Chandra Bora and Dr. Bhargab Jyoti Saikia welcomed the gatherings with their inspiring words. Felicitation ceremony of the Alumni were held and they shared their individual experiences over the years. An interaction session was also held with the Alumni and the present batch of students. Significant number of ex-students registered themselves in the Alumni Family on the day. Concluding remark of the auspicious occasion was given by Mr. N.K. Kaphungkui, Assistant professor, Dept. of ECE. Miss Simran Sarmah, 6th semester student, presented the vote of thanks to all gathered members. The dynamic and enthusiastic Alumni Association Team worked hard day and night to make this event a fabulous success. The event was solely managed by Dynamic Alumni association Team.
