To provide platform to gather professional knowledge and expertise to the intending students, Two Days Workshop on Officiating is in Football was organized by Centre for Studies in Physical Education and Sports on 8th and 9th May 2022. During the workshop topic on Pre-match discussion, Post Match Discussion, Match Reports preparation, Use of whistles and Signals, Mechanism of Referring and their practical interpretation and implications were covered. Former National Referee and Referee Secretary, DDSA Mr. Rajib Saikia and National Referee Mr. Jivan Gogoi were acted as Resource Person. Total 57 participants including qualified Referee of Dibrugarh, Dibrugarh University and BPEd students opting Football Specialization and other football interested students of the university were participated in the event. Dr. O Jiten Singh was the Coordinator and Students Coordinators were Mr. Bhaskar Teron and Mr. Apu Changmai.
