An invited lecture on the topic “21st Century Skills for Leadership and Governance” was organized by Dibrugarh University Officers’ Association(DUOA) on 29 March, 2022. The lecture was delivered by Prof. K. M. Bujarbaruah, Former Vice-Chancellor, Assam Agricultural University, Jorhat followed by interaction . Prof. L. K. Nath, Vice-Chancellor i/c, Dibrugarh University inaugurated the programme and Prof. J. Hazarika, Registrar made the concluding remark. At the beginning of the programme, Mr. Monuj Tamuli, President, DUOA welcomed the gathering with a brief speech. Dr. Jituranjan Chetia, Secretary, DUOA offered the vote of thanks. The programme was coordinated by Dr Binod Ch. Borah, Joint Registrar Academic. The programme was well attended by the Deans, Heads, Chairpersons, Directors, Officers and a few research scholars and students of the University.
