Profile

The Department was established in 2009 since the inception of the Institute. The Department is committed towards moulding of promising engineers with the basic knowledge of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and English (communication skills) to create an environment for research with societal concern. The syllabus of all the courses under the domain of this Department is followed in accordance with AICTE model syllabus for the Engineering students. The department of Physics, Chemistry and English have full-fledged laboratories for B. Tech programme.

Our vision is to be a department of global relevance by creating socially concerned high quality technocrats with strong foundations in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Communications skills

Mission

To achieve the above vision, the following missions have been adopted:

  • To mould a promising engineers with the basic knowledge of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Communication skills.
  • To develop innovative e and skills of practicing Science and Technology in day-to-day life.
  • To explore innovative ideas in contributing to the advancement of Science and technology.
  • To create a thrust for research with social concern by applying fundamentals of Basic Science and Humanities in real time situations.
