  3. Basemetal occurrences in Kaziranga DST, Pilot project porphyry granitoids of Mikir Hills, Assam-its prospect examination of Rs. 2,19,000/-. Ongoing
Resent research activities are of two folds
  1. Source rock characterization of Disang Shales of Disang Group on regional basis. Assessment of Shale Oil/ Shale gas potential of Disang Shales.
  2. Assessment of sulphide ore potential and other resources in parts of Mikir Hills, Assam.
