Projects completed:

  1. Have successfully completed a project entitled on “Feasibility Study for Setting Up a Sanitary Napkin Manufacturing Unit in Dibrugarh" related to Project Arogya of Oil India Limited, and IL&FS Education and Technology Services Ltd during July 2019 to October 2019 and has submitted the report which is well appreciated. The project is a significant one which deals with women and menstrual health.
  2. Have completed a project on "A study of public spitting practices in India" as Coordinator for the survey of eight North Eastern states of India which was a collaborative work between Prof. P.S.Vivek, University of Mumbai and Prof. Ross Coomber, Griffit University, Australia. Duration of the project: January 2017 to January 2019.
  3. Have completed a project as Project Officer on Behavioural Change Communication Documentation submitted to UNICEF during October 2007 to February, 2008 by the Dibrugarh University documenting team under my stewardship.
  4. Completed Reproductive Child Health Project sponsored by the Ministry of Health andFamily Welfare, Government of India, New Delhi, under Taleem Research Foundation, Bopal, Ahmedabad from 20th August to November 1998, where I worked as Research Associate.
  5. Completed Highway Health Management Project under Bosco Reach-Out Guwahati where I worked as Research Assistant and also as Field Coordinator from 1st May 1997 to 31st July, 1998.

Ongoing Project:

  • Have started a Major Project of two years duration starting in November 2021, under Malaria Elimination Research Alliance (MERA) India and Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), New Delhi, India as Principal Investigator for a project on “Community Behavior And Its Determinants In Relation To Malaria Prevention And Control In Assam And Tripura”. The field work and data collection process for first year has been completed and the second year of the project is about to start.

Have successfully completed a project entitled on “Feasibility Study for Setting Up a Sanitary Napkin Manufacturing Unit in Dibrugarh" related to Project Arogya of Oil India Limited, and IL&FS Education and Technology Services Ltd during July 2019 to October 2019 and has submitted the report which is well appreciated. The project is a significant one which deals with women and menstrual health.
  2. Have completed a project on "A study of public spitting practices in India" as Coordinator for the survey of eight North Eastern states of India which was a collaborative work between Prof. P.S.Vivek, University of Mumbai and Prof. Ross Coomber, Griffit University, Australia. Duration of the project: January 2017 to January 2019.
  3. Have completed a project as Project Officer on Behavioural Change Communication Documentation submitted to UNICEF during October 2007 to February, 2008 by the Dibrugarh University documenting team under my stewardship.
  4. Completed Reproductive Child Health Project sponsored by the Ministry of Health andFamily Welfare, Government of India, New Delhi, under Taleem Research Foundation, Bopal, Ahmedabad from 20th August to November 1998, where I worked as Research Associate.
  5. Completed Highway Health Management Project under Bosco Reach-Out Guwahati where I worked as Research Assistant and also as Field Coordinator from 1st May 1997 to 31st July, 1998.

Ongoing Project:

  • Have started a Major Project of two years duration starting in November 2021, under Malaria Elimination Research Alliance (MERA) India and Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), New Delhi, India as Principal Investigator for a project on “Community Behavior And Its Determinants In Relation To Malaria Prevention And Control In Assam And Tripura”. The field work and data collection process for first year has been completed and the second year of the project is about to start.
