A tripartite MoU was signed on 13th September 2024 in Dibrugarh University between Dibrugarh University Alumni Association, Chemistry Department Alumni Association and Dibrugarh University to provide one Ph.D. scholarship in the Department of Chemistry, Dibrugarh University each year. Hon’ble Vice-Chancellor Prof. Jiten Hazarika, Dr. Paramananda Sonowal, Registrar, Dibrugarh University, Prof. Neeta Kalita Barua, President, Dibrugarh University Alumni Association, Dr. Romesh Ch. Boruah, President, Chemistry Department Alumni Association along with other members of the Department of Chemistry were present during the occasion.
