A Memorandum of Understanding was signed on 06.04.2023 in Dibrugarh University between the Director, Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga (MDNIY), New Delhi and Dibrugarh University represented by Dr. Paramananda Sonowal, Registrar i/c of Dibrugarh University. The MoU will lead to the setting up of an Advanced Center of Yoga at Dibrugarh University wherein MDNIY will provide the technical support and Yoga instructors to run the yoga training and therapy programs at the Center. The Center is expected to immensely benefit the teaching faculties, officers, employees, students of the University and the people of Dibrugarh.
