As a part of celebration of National Nutrition Month “POSHAN MAAH”, NSS PG Unit of Dibrugarh University organized a Cycle rally and a village survey to the nearby Village area of Barbaruah Block. In the early morning of 28th September, Prof. Jiten Hazarika, Honorable Vice Chancellor of Dibrugarh University flagged off the Cycle Rally from the administrative Building of the University. Dr. Devid Kardong, Programme Coordinator, NSS Cell, DU was also present on the occasion. The volunteers conducted a survey on the food habit and nutritional practices among the local community. The programme was highly appreciated by the local community. The whole programme was guided by Dr. Amar Upadhyaya, Programme Officer, NSS PG Unit, Dibrugarh University.
