Department of Commerce in association with Shine Projects has organized an online webinar on Stock Markets on 26th July 2021 for the commerce students as well the students who are pursuing the Generic Elective Course on “Introduction to Stock Market”. The resource person of the webinar was noted and upcoming stock market analyst Sri Harsha. In total, 239 students have participated in the webinar. In an hour and half full of informative session, the resource person has touched upon the basic concepts of Stock Market, its players, listing process, IPO as well as share trading process in a elaborative manner followed by a interactive Q&A Session. The wholehearted participation of the students in the webinar was the key. They have expressed their satisfaction regarding the deliberation of the Resource Person as they felt that the content of the deliberation was very informative, and they have gained much knowledge in this area.
