155th Birth anniversary of Sahityarathi Lakshminath Bezbaroa was observed by the Department of Assamese in collaboration with The Publication Board of Dibrugarh Univeristy. Rtd. Prof. Dilip Kumar Baruah, Bardhaman University, West Bengal was invited to deliver a lecture on the event.
